This page is to provide a forum for us to chronicle the various scripture verses that are shared with us.
From my mother, who remembers the verse that was shared by Bob Drake when my father was in the hospital many years ago (her memory is still better than mine): Rom 8:18 "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us."
My sister, Ingrid, reminded me of Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God". As she said, that's a great verse for when we wake up in the middle of the night. It will be repeated often.
Phil 4:6-8 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the Peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
